In a move designed to address requests from non-profit organizations in both the New Bedford and National markets, New Bedford Internet has released version 1.5 of its acclaimed CharityAid+ web site software.
Several significant upgrades were made to CharityAid+ that make the software easier to use and that add more capabilities to it.
Charity organizations nationwide are realizing the opportunities for more efficient fund-rasing, event registration and membership registration by using the CharityAid+ package.
CharityAid+ can be added to any web site in about 5 minutes and can be tailored to its color scheme. Inclusion of the organization's logo is a snap. Within minutes, non-profits can be online with a secure and affordable solution to fund-raising, donations, membership and event registration needs.
CharityAid+ is available for $19.95 per month. No long term contracts or down payments are needed to begin receiving donations and other funds online.
In the New Bedford market, organizations that are already using CharityAid+ include the New Bedford Whaling Museum, WHALE (Waterfront Area Historic League), Rotch Jones Duff House and Museum, Lloyd Center for the Environment, Schwartz Center for Children and the New Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce.
One of Donna Motta's first pieces of business as Downtown New Bedford, Inc.'s new Executive Director was to enhance the organization's web site. The existing site was several years old and no longer suited how the organization wanted to present itself to the community.
Many enhancements were made to the new web site, including improvements to the navigation structure, color scheme and layout.
